As a salesperson, you need all the tools available at hand for you to work effectively. So, what if you were able to get everything done while using your favorite tool to send sequences and personalize them?

Why? Because as a sales rep, you spend an incredible amount of time filtering leads, polishing emails, following up, etc. You probably begin and end your day with a sales tool.

Outreach is one such tool that lets sales reps execute their best playbooks by creating a measurable series of touchpoints that drive deeper engagement with prospects and customers.

In this post, we explain how Paperflite's integration with Outreach works.

  1. Adding the Paperflite Extension

  2. Integrating Outreach with Paperflite

  3. How to use Paperflite within Outreach?

  4. Recipient Activity on Outreach and Paperflite

Adding the Paperflite Extension

Before we begin, you will need to download Paperflite's Chrome extension and log into it. Here's how you do it.

> On your Google Chrome browser, head over to the Google Web Store (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/paperflite) and search for Paperflite’s Chrome extension.

Click on ‘Add to Chrome’ to add the extension.

> Then, click on ‘Add extension’.

> The extension will now appear on your Chrome browser.

> Now, click on the Paperflite extension for Chrome icon on your browser menu and log in with your Paperflite credentials.

> Once you’re logged in, you will notice a glimpse of all your assets in Paperflite on the extension.

Integrating Outreach with Paperflite

> Login to your Paperflite account and head over to SettingsIntegrations. Navigate to Outreach under the Email category. Click on 'Activate' in the Outreach icon to get your activation going.

Note: Please log in to your Outreach account beforehand.

> Within Paperflite, you can now authenticate Paperflite to access your Outreach account.

> Once you authenticate, the email gets auto-populated. You can then configure the content engagement activity that you’d like to track and Save Changes.

Here is what you can track about your prospects' engagement with your content:

  1. When a contact/lead views an asset

  2. When a contact/lead sees a collection

  3. When a contact/lead re-shares a collection

How to use Paperflite within Outreach?

> Now, head back to Outreach to email your clients/prospects. The Paperflite plugin will be available within:

  1. Prospects

  2. Sequences

  3. Snippets

  4. Templates

> Head to the specific tab from Prospects, Sequences, Snippets or Templates you want to send the email from.

For eg, head into the Prospects tab present on the left sidebar. Head to the Email icon, on the top right side of the page.

> Click on the email icon and once you’re set with your email and ready to attach content, use the Paperflite icon below.

> Select a particular text and click on the Paperflite icon to select assets from Paperflite. Attach content from Paperflite for your campaigns/mailers.

When you've attached content, you’re all sorted to share your email to the recipients.

Recipient Activity

> Now, in your Outreach account, look up the contacts to whom you have sent emails.

> Navigate to Prospects/Tasks and select a contact. Head to the 'Activity' tab to track all the content engagement by your leads/contacts.

> Not just this, you will receive notifications when there is an engagement with your content, i.e. when an asset is viewed/re-shared, and if a collection is viewed.

> To view the detailed analytics on Paperflite, go to the Paperflite application and navigate to Conversations. Head to the respective contact’s conversation and view the analytics for the assets in the collection that you have shared. Click on each conversation to see more details analytics.
