A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal contract between two or more parties that outlines confidential or proprietary information that cannot be shared with others. In the context of Paperflite, an NDA can be shared with your audience as a way to protect your confidential information and ensure that it is not shared or distributed without your permission. You also will have the ability to create NDA templates and get the recipient to agree to the terms and conditions before being able to access your content.

In this article, you’ll learn how to:

  • Create NDA Templates

  • Use NDA in your collections

Creating NDA templates

> To begin with log in to your Paperflite account and head to Settings present on the left sidebar and navigate to Templates > NDA Templates.

> To add your custom NDA template, click on Create New NDA. Add the name of the template, Title, and Description. Save changes once done.

> You can choose if you want to create a new template or use the existing templates to suit your requirement. Once you save changes the NDA template you created will appear on your screen.

NDAs can be enabled when sharing a collection via Generating a link and Compose.
