Integrating Intercom in Paperflite

Learn how you can integrate with Intercom to ensure seamless communication with your customers

If your organization is using Intercom to provide help desk support to customers, you can also easily integrate it for Collections and Assets within Paperflite to ensure seamless communication with your prospects.

In this guide, we'll show you how to seamlessly integrate Paperflite with Intercom.

Step 1

To begin with, log into your Intercom account and copy the AppId present on your URL. Your ‘AppId’ is the code that comes after apps/ in the URL.

Step 2

Once you get the ‘AppId’ from Intercom, log into your Paperflite account from https://app.paperflite.com/ and head to Settings on the left-hand menu bar, and choose Integrations. Select the Intercom app present under the Messaging section.

Step 3

Click Activate and paste the copied ‘AppId’ here. You can choose where you want the chat icon to be displayed by using the alignment option or by using specific numbers to position the icon accurately as per your preference.

Step 4

Once you’ve activated it, the integration will consequently be successful. Don’t forget to click on Save Changes to finish.

Step 5

Now whenever you share a collection or asset, the recipients will be able to communicate through the icon below which will be displayed as per the alignment you chose earlier.

Here’s how the intercom chat pop-up will appear for the recipients.
