Want to adjust the lifespan of a shared link on Paperflite? Look no further!

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to modify the expiry timeline of your shared links to keep your content accessible for longer or reduce the timeline.

Step 1:

Head to your respective collection or asset that you’ve shared with your recipients. Click on the Generate Link option present in the top right corner.

Step 2:

Click on Manage Links and choose the link you want to modify the expiry timeline for.

Step 3:

Once you click on the link, a pop-up window will appear. Select the Advanced settings option and navigate to the “Set an expiry date & time” option.

Step 4:

Go ahead and add the new expiry time and date as per your preference. Don’t forget to Save changes, once you’re set.

Note: You don’t have to reshare the link if you have already shared it with the recipient. The link will automatically get updated with the new timelines once refreshed.
