Connecting Paperflite and NetSuite:
Step 1: Please login to your NetSuite account, navigate to Setup > Integration > Manage Integrations > New
Step 2: Fill in the required fields as instructed. Please use the below link for CALLBACK URL and REDIRECT URL: https://api.paperflite.com/api/2.0/integrations/netsuite/auth-finish Please click on Save once it is done.
Step 3: You will now be able to view the Client ID & Client Secret. (Both the IDs would only be displayed once, so storing it as soon as possible is very vital)
Step 4: From inside your Papeflite account, navigate to Settings > Integrations > NetSuite > Enter the credentials > Authenticate.
Step 5: You will now be prompted to allow Paperflite to access your data in NetSuite. Please click on Continue to proceed with the integration.
Step 6: You can now Manage the integration from Paperflite on what events have to be pushed to your NetSuite account.
The following events are what you can track prospects' engagement with your content from your NetSuite account:
1. Create a Lead
2. Contact/Lead views an asset
3. Contact/Lead views a collection
4. Contact/Lead reshares a collection
5. Contact/Lead downloads an asset
Note: You can enable/disable any of the events by simply clicking on Edit.
All Set! Your Paperflite account has been successfully integrated with NetSuite.
Tracking events on NetSuite:
Step 7: Go to your Paperflite account and simply send content to any customer/lead via email, direct URL, etc. (Make sure email gating is enabled in case of sharing anonymous links) Once the content is sent from Paperflite, all the interactions by the prospect will be pushed to your NetSuite CRM.
Step 8: To view the activity, log in to your NetSuite account, and navigate to Lists >
Relationships > Leads.
Step 9: You will now be able to view all recent additions to NetSuite CRM pushed from Papeflite content. Click on the name of the prospect to view tracking.
Step 10: After selecting the prospect/lead navigate to Communication > Activities > Tap on Title.
Step 11: You will now be able to track all the content engagement by the Lead/Prospect.
