Contacts are people with whom you’ve shared content in the past.

Step 1

Log in to Paperflite and on the homepage, click on ‘My Rolodex.’ 

Step 2

Notice the button for adding a contact at the top of your screen marked with a ‘+’ symbol. Click on it.

Step 3

Clicking on it opens a new screen where you’ll need to enter the details of your contact/prospect. You’ll notice that the first name and email id of your contact are mandatory ones.

You can enter other details about your contact including company name, work/mobile number, social media details. Click on ‘Create’ once you’ve entered all details. 

Your contacts can also show you the recent interactions that you’ve had with them and contact analytics. That helps you understand what they’re really interested in, so you can always refer back to it the next time you’re having a conversation with them. Refer our post on how to retrieve them.

So, the next time when you want to pull out the conversation that you had with a contact, go to ‘My Rolodex’ and look up the contact. Click on your contact to view the conversational history and analytics.
