Prospects are added in three ways in Paperflite. They are:

  1. When you add contacts manually to 'My Rolodex.' In this case, you can enter all their details such first name, last name, work credentials etc.

  2.  When you enter the email id of a person you're sharing content with (who's not in your contacts list), you'll notice the email id gets stored in 'My Rolodex' as a separate entity. The email id of your contact is a unique identifier that gets tagged to him/her at Paperflite. You cannot have a different contact with the same email id.

  3. When you import contacts from your integrations such as CRM providers (Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.).
