All of us use email services such as Gmail for our daily work. What if you could bring all your content inside Gmail that you could ship out readily?

Guess what? We've thought about it already. :)

We have integrated Paperflite with leading email providers such as Gmail and Outlook, so you can take your content wherever you go.

Here is how you can use the Gmail add-in to bring all your content and ship it to whoever you want.

Step 1: Integrate with Gmail

Log in to Paperflite at https://app.paperflite.com and then go to Settings on the left-hand pane. Click on 'Integrations,' and activate your Gmail integration.

Click on 'Authenticate' to confirm your integration with Gmail.

Select the Gmail ID that you wish to integrate with Paperflite and click on Allow to let Paperflite access your Gmail account.

Step 2: Accessing the Gmail Add-In

Open Gmail and you will notice the Gmail Add-In in the form of the Paperflite Icon on the right-hand side of the screen along with other G-suite icons.

Once you’ve logged in, you will notice a glimpse of your Paperflite instance on the extension with 3 things displayed - Recent Activity, Frequently Shared Assets, And Content Library.

Additionally, you will also be able to view another Category named Recommended Assets if you have integrated with Salesforce and Set up Recommended Content on the CRM.

You will be able to view all the Streams and Collections once you click on Explore under Content Library.

To share an Asset from the Add-In, you will need to Go to a Stream/ Collection, select the Asset, and select a widget of your choice as a Call-to-Action Button to be attached to the mail.

To share an Entire Collection via the Add-In, simply hover over the Collection to find an attachment icon and you can then be able to select a CTA button

.

This is how it would be displayed as while sending the mail using the Gmail Add-In.

You can also access the Gmail Add-In by clicking on the Paperflite Icon next to the Send Button within the Compose Tab in Gmail.
