As a sales rep, going through hundreds of email conversations daily can be a waste of time, especially if you're always on the move. Add to it the task of tracking content analytics, and knowing what content cues to use to move the sales pipeline forward - salespeople will need help to have everything in control.
That is why we have the Paperflite iPhone app so you constantly know how your leads are engaging with your content.
In this post, we'll see how you can get started with the iPhone app. Before you begin working on the iPhone app, ensure that you're registered as a user/administrator on the Paperflite web app.
Go to the App Store on your iPhone and search for Paperflite.
Download the app and log in with your Paperflite credentials.
When you log in, you're at the Paperflite homepage. You can see a glimpse of your hub.
Using the Hub
Use the Hub to follow the latest content additions to streams.
You also have the option to Switch between various Content Hubs!
Scroll down to view the 'recently added' and 'most viewed' content pieces within the hub. (The same sections that you have on your desktop hub will appear on your phone too)
Search for your favorite piece of content with keywords.
Using Collections
Notice how your Collections stored in Paperflite appear on your iPhone. Click on the '+' symbol at the top right corner of your screen to Create a New Collection.
Sharing Collections
Click on a Collection to view the content assets you've hosted. Click on the Generate Link or the Compose button in the top-right corner to send Collections to your clients/prospects.
Generate Link
Use the 'Generate Link' feature in Collections to create a personalized/anonymous link for your target audience.
Using Compose
You will find the 'Compose' button located at the bottom right of the screen. You can Use Compose to send content externally via your integrated Email address.

You can click on the 3 dots in the top-right corner to be able to a) Add Assets b) Access Advanced Settings and c) Select your preferred email template
Viewing Analytics
Besides the homepage and individual contacts, where you can find key numbers of your content performance, you can click on each piece of content that has been shared. When you open an Asset, you will find the Analytics icon located at the bottom of the screen.
Learn the number of views, the number of downloads, the number of shares, and the average time spent on each piece.
