Email Parameters

Know how you can insert email parameters to share content quickly.

Email parameters allow you to personalize your emails at scale.

Within Paperflite you can add these email parameters to your email templates and they will auto-populate data such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name when you send an email.

This feature comes in handy when you have to send one email to multiple contacts.

Here are the steps that indicate how to add email parameters to your email templates.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings >> Email Templates. (Click here to know how to create email templates in Paperflite.)

Step 2

Choose if you want to add email parameters to a new template or add them to an existing template.

Step 3

In the template text editor, keep your cursor at the point where you want to add the parameter and select the ‘Insert Placeholder’ option. Here is a screenshot that shows how to use the insert placeholder in an email template.

Step 4

From the drop-down select which parameter you want to insert. Save your template!

You can use this template while sending an email through the QuickSend feature of Paperflite.
