Every asset is valuable because it can convince the prospect to consider your offering more than the competition. Paperflite lets you pull out analytics for every asset in many ways โ€“ through Streams, Collections, and Conversations. Let us see how we could get asset analytics.

Log in to Paperflite through https://app.paperflite.com. On the Content hub, go to any stream and click on an asset.

Let us now understand the various aspects of analytics that measure up. Once the asset is opened, just below the name of the asset, you notice the size of the document, its nature, its length, and where itโ€™s stored.

Once the asset is opened, you can see the Analytics icon in the top right corner of your screen. Click on it and all your analytics related to the asset will load up.

Next, you will notice the analytics broken down into three categories based on viewers:

All - Shows you the overall internal and external analytics of the document

Team - This view highlights only the internal analytics.

Audience - Showcases the engagement analytics when a document is shared externally.

Moving down further, you can see the number of views for the document, downloads, re-shares, and the average time spent on the document.

The graph shows the average time spent on each page of the document. Hover your cursor over each bar to know the average time spent on each page of the document.
