This feature will help you to promote any content or a new feature you would like to highlight to your team at any point in time. This could range from any content piece you feel they can leverage but hasn’t been shared as much or even any company-wide event or feature highlight which will then draw their attention and drive better follow-ups with their prospects. Please refer to the below screenshot to see how the promotion will look in your content hub.
How to add Promoted content to the hub:
1) Go to your Content Hub > Click on the Edit Hub icon.
2) Hover over the section that already exists, and you will notice a + button to create new sections.
Quick Tips!
Insert a good user description so that the content can be easily understood at one glance.
If you are inserting any thumbnails, use PNG format for better clarity.
3) Choose Assets from the list and select Promoted Content to spotlight your prime-time content and ensure it stands tall and strong.
Once the layout is selected, add Content to the section. Click Next, once you have chosen your layout. Using Manual Selection, handpick the content you want to display on your Hub by clicking on Add Content and Save Changes.
