The Meeting Prep feature helps you prepare for your sales meetings with all the context and materials you need in one convenient place. With just one click, you'll have access to company information, stakeholder details, and relevant content to make your meetings more effective.

Prerequisites

Before you can use Meeting Prep, make sure you have:

  • Downloaded and installed the Paperflite Chrome Extension

  • Logged into the extension with your Paperflite account.

How to Access Meeting Prep

  1. Open your calendar (Google Calendar)

  2. Click on any scheduled meeting

  3. Look for the Meeting Prep button

  4. Click the button to open the Meeting Prep panel

What You'll See in Meeting Prep

When you open the Meeting Prep panel, you'll find four key sections to help you prepare:

1. Company Information

Get a quick overview of the company you're meeting with, including:

  • Company name (if field is filled in the CRM)

  • Company description (when available)

This gives you the basic context you need about the organization.

2. Stakeholder Information

See details about the people you'll be meeting with:

  • List of stakeholders attending the meeting

  • Individual descriptions (when available)

Understanding who you're talking to helps you tailor your conversation appropriately.

3. Know Before You Go

This section shows you what content has already been shared with this account:

  • Assets previously shared with the stakeholders

  • History of your content interactions with this account

Note: If no content has been shared previously, you'll see "No shares available."

4. Reference Materials

Get content recommendations to support your meeting:

  • Recommended content based on your account context and meeting details

This ensures you always have relevant materials at your fingertips.

Tips for Success

  • Check Meeting Prep before every call to refresh your memory on previous interactions

  • Review the stakeholder information to understand who you'll be speaking with

  • Use the reference materials to have relevant content ready to share during or after your meeting

  • Note what's been shared before to avoid repeating the same content

Troubleshooting

Can't see the Meeting Prep button?

  • Ensure you've installed and logged into the Chrome Extension

  • Verify you have the right subscription level (Professional, Advanced, or Enterprise)

  • Make sure you're viewing a calendar event in Google Calendar.

No information showing up?

  • This might be your first interaction with this company – that's normal!

  • The system will still provide frequently shared assets as reference materials

Missing stakeholder details?

  • Information depends on what's available in your CRM and previous interactions

  • You can still proceed with the meeting using the company information and reference materials
