HeySales – Your AI Sales Coach
HeySales delivers real-time coaching, adaptive micro-learning, and flexible training formats, so your sales reps get the right guidance at the right time.
With HeySales, you can:
Create personalized learning paths for your learners or sales reps.
Use AI-powered call simulations and gain call performance insights.
Design and deliver courses, podcasts, quizzes, and certifications.
Track progress with detailed reports for learners, reporting managers, and admins.
Accessing HeySales
You can log in to heysales.ai directly through your company’s Paperflite instance.
Log in to Paperflite at https://www.paperflite.com/signup.
On the left-hand panel, look for the HeySales.ai icon.
Click the icon to open the HeySales Explore page.
Explore Page Overview
The Explore page is your central hub for all available content. You’ll find:
Courses you can take.
Podcasts created for your team.
Call simulations to practice and improve.
Trending or popular courses within your organization.
Courses you’ve already started for quick access.
Creating a Course (Admin Only)
If you’re an admin, you can create courses for new hires or experienced reps, or move existing learning materials to HeySales.
Step 1: Start a New Course
Click Manage Course → Create New Course.
Add your Course Title and Description.
Begin building your course structure.
Step 2: Add Sections to Your Course
Sections (or modules) help you organize topics within your course.
Click Edit Course Structure.
Click Add Section.
Give your section a Title and Description.
You can add new Sections, Lessons, or Assessments using the icons next to the Course Structure panel:

Step 3: Add Lessons to Your Course
You have three easy ways to bring content into HeySales.ai:
From Paperflite: Select existing content from your Streams or Collections.
From Your Device: Upload files directly from your computer.
Via URL: Add links to external learning materials.
These flexible options let you curate content seamlessly from multiple sources.
Step 4: Name and Describe Your Course
To make your course engaging and easy to navigate:
Title & Description: Keep it concise and clear.
Course Banner: Add a relevant image (recommended size: 800 x 180 px). You can upload one or choose from the in-built Pexels library.
Skill Tags: On the right panel, tag key skills your learners will develop from this course.
Once setup is complete, you can assign the course to learners.
Learners will only see courses assigned to them by an admin on their HeySales dashboard.
Adding Assessments to Courses
Assessments help reinforce learning and measure progress. You can include them:
After each lesson – for quick comprehension checks.
At the end of a course – for final knowledge testing.
HeySales offers multiple question formats:
True/False
Multiple Choice (MCQ)
Open-Ended Questions
Creating Questions Manually
True/False: Choose the correct option.
MCQ: Enter answer choices and mark the correct one.
Open-ended: Provide a model answer for AI evaluation.
The AI checks open-ended responses against the key points in your model answer and provides instant feedback.
There’s no limit to the number of questions per assessment. You can even divide them into sections for different modules.
Auto-Generate Questions with SEEK
Don’t have time to create questions manually? Let SEEK, our AI assistant, do it for you!
SEEK automatically generates questions by scanning the learning material attached to your assessment.
It supports all text-based formats — DOCX, PDF, TXT, MD, EPUB, and more.
It saves you hours of manual question writing while ensuring variety and relevance.
Note: SEEK auto-generates questions in slots 3, 4, and 5. Before publishing, remove blank questions (1, 2, and 3) to ensure a clean assessment.
