The Contact Card pulls key details directly from your profile and displays them within a Collection experience.

It contains:

  • Profile picture

  • Name and title

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • LinkedIn URL

How does it help?

Sharing a Collection without clear ownership can slow conversations down. With Contact Cards, you put your contact details front and center making it easy for viewers to connect with you instantly, without confusion or extra clicks.

Adding a Contact Card to a Collection

The Contact Card can be added across all Collection experiences.

You can add it:

  • Inside clusters in collection using the ‘+’ symbol in Edit mode

  • Inside other sections of a Collection using Edit mode

Important things to know

  • The Contact Card is added only in Edit mode

  • The profile picture is no longer shown inside clusters in Fliteview

  • The ‘Shared By’ option and toggle have been removed

How profile pictures behave

Within Edit mode:

  • If no Contact Card has been added yet, the profile picture will not be visible

  • Once at least one Contact Card is added, the profile picture appears in color

In Fliteview:

  • The profile picture is shown only if at least one Contact Card exists

  • If no Contact Card is added, the user remains anonymous.

Rearranging Contact Cards

You can drag and drop Contact Cards freely within sections to position them exactly where you want in the Collection.

What information is shown on the Contact Card?

The Contact Card displays details exactly as set in your profile.

This includes:

  • Profile picture

  • Title

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • LinkedIn URL

If any of these fields are missing, the Contact Card automatically adjusts its layout and image size to fill the available space neatly.

Contact Card layouts

Two card layout styles are available across all Collection experiences.

  • You can switch between card layouts while editing a Collection

  • When switching Collection experiences, the selected Contact Card layout is retained

  • By default, the first layout is applied

Note: In Bento experiences, only four layout combinations are supported.

Interactions in Fliteview

In Fliteview, the Contact Card is fully interactive:

  • Clicking the email address opens the default email client

  • Clicking the phone number copies it to the clipboard

  • Clicking the LinkedIn icon opens the profile in a new tab

Updates and sharing behavior

A few things worth keeping in mind:

  • Contact Card updates are reflected in real time

  • The live collection popup is not triggered

  • Contact Card updates are not treated as asset updates

  • At least one asset is required to share a Collection

  • The Contact Card itself is not an asset

  • The Contact Card does not appear in the Compose window

Setting Contact Card as default (Admins)

Admins can enable Contact Cards as default for all new Collections.

Navigate to:

Settings > Collection Settings

When enabled:

  • A Contact Card is automatically added to all newly created Collections

  • Users can still remove or update the Contact Card in individual Collections

  • The default layout is applied automatically

Editing via Conversations

When editing a Collection from a Conversation, users can add and manage Contact Cards just like they would in Edit mode.
