Your Profile section in Paperflite is now more powerful than ever — giving you not just control over your personal details, but also visibility into onboarding steps, integrations, notifications, and more.
Whether you're a new user setting up your account or an existing user managing your integrations, this section helps you stay on top of everything in one place.
What’s New in the Profile Section
The Profile tab now includes several new capabilities to help you manage your setup and activity efficiently:
A) Onboarding Steps
When you first log in, you’ll see a list of onboarding steps you need to complete to finish your account setup.
These steps vary based on the tech stack selected by your admin.
For example, if your admin has chosen five integrations (such as Salesforce, Gmail, or Chrome Extension), you’ll need to complete activation for all five.
As you complete each step, your progress will automatically update — e.g., 1/5 completed, 2/5 completed, and so on.
B) Integration Actions
This section displays actions required for your integrations — such as connecting your CRM, re-authenticating tools, or finishing setup.
You’ll see prompts or CTAs (like “Complete Activation Now”) that guide you to the right section to finalize your integrations.
C) Device Update Notifications
If a new version of a device-based integration or app (like the Chrome Extension or Mobile App) is available, you’ll be notified directly within your Profile.
This helps ensure you’re always using the latest version for optimal performance.
D) Configure Notification Preferences
You can easily adjust your notification settings right from the Profile page — no need to navigate through multiple menus.
Simply click the Notifications Shortcut on the right-hand side to manage how and when you receive alerts.
Updating Your Profile Information
The existing profile management options have been reorganized for easier access. You can now find them under Edit Profile, located in the top-right corner of your Profile page.
From there, you can:
Edit your first and last name
Update your title
Change your work phone and mobile number
Upload or change your profile picture
Reset your password securely
Email Signature Configuration
Your Email Signature is now part of your main Profile section, available as a shortcut on the right-hand side.
Use this to quickly edit or update your signature so your communications always reflect your current role and branding.
