As a Paperflite user, if you are interested in knowing how your content is being consumed by your users, you can enable notifications.

The notifications feature is customizable; you can choose to get real-time notifications (push notification/ e-mail notification) or you can get a summary of activities at the end of the day. This feature will also help you choose the transactions that you would like to be notified for. Please refer to the below screenshot to see the notifications feature.

  1. Email Daily Digest

If you toggle on email daily digest, you get a summary of all the activities that your customers have engaged on your content throughout the day in an e-mail.

2. Stream Daily Digest

This feature helps you in getting updates on new content and new versions of any existing content, on all the streams that you follow on a daily basis.

3. Transactional Notifications

You can customize the notifications that you receive based on transactions and communication channels. Please refer to the below screenshot to see all the customizations available.

a. Transaction Trigger

  1. Email Opened: You get notified everytime your end user opens an email sent by you

  2. Link Clicked: You get notified everytime a user or prospect clicks on a link that is shared by you

  3. Asset Viewed: You get notified everytime a user or prospect views the content that is shared by you

  4. Asset Download: You get notified everytime a user or prospect downloads the content that is shared by you

  5. Collection Viewed: You get notified everytime a user or prospect clicks on a collection link that is shared by you

  6. Content Reshared: You get notified everytime any of your content is reshared

  7. Lead Captured: You get notified everytime any lead is captured from your content through email gated links

b. Communication Channel

  1. Push Notification: This feature provides you a real-time browser notification allowing you to get notified everytime there is a transaction on your content.

  2. Email Notification: This feature triggers an email, everytime there is a transaction on your content.
