In this article you will learn how to integrate your MS Dynamics account with Paperflite.
With this integration, you can:
Capture leads from Paperflite and pass them to MS Dynamics
Sync all your deals and track engagement activities on Dynamics
To get started, Log in to your Paperflite account at app.paperflite.com/login with your credentials and head to Settings > Integrations > MS Dynamics.
Enter the domain URL that you can derive from your Dynamics 365 to authenticate.
Note: Please login to your MS Dynamics account beforehand to get the Domain URL.
Once you’ve added the URL and authenticated it, the window will directly take you to choose which events to sync and publish to your MS Dynamics.
Note: The MS Dynamics integration will be available for all the users only post set up by any of the administrators on the account.
There are now two ways to go about this:
If you’re an Administrator: The configuration made by you would be the primary configuration on your account
Note: Please follow the instructions above to set up your Primary configuration.
If you’re a Regular user: As a Regular user, you can override the primary configuration setup by the administrator.
To override the primary configuration set by admins, follow the below steps:
> Head to the MS Dynamics integration and you will see the primary configuration already in place. On the bottom, click on Show Override Configuration.
> You will be redirected to the login window. Log in with your Dynamics credentials. Post which, you will see the Override settings where you can make changes to the events as per your preference and click on Save Changes.
The Primary Configuration passes all the events from Paperflite to the Dynamics account based on the events set by the administrator and Override Configuration passes all the events from Paperflite to the Dynamics account based on the events set by any Regular user.
Anddd you’re all set with the MS Dynamics integration!
