  • Email Content Customization

Login to your Paperflite account and head to Settings. Within settings, navigate to the Viewer settings present under Account.

There are a range of settings that can be customized on your Paperflite account.

Customize Theme

Design your themes in a way that’s unique to your organisation. Customise colours and fonts to suit your brand’s theme or for that matter, your moods.

You can change the default primary colour and the Button colour using HEX, RGB, or HSL.

Notice the blue line on the left, the CTA, and the asset buttons. Here’s where your brand colours will apply.

Library Settings

Customize how your library looks for external viewers. Library setting is standardized and will reflect the same for all your audience.

You can customize how the library looks for your customers by adding the company logo, text, and a background image or video. Here’s how it will be for your customers when they enter the View Library.

Password Protect Customization

With the Password protect feature, you can secure your assets by requiring a password to access them. The 'Password Protect Customization' tab allows you to customize the password protection settings for your assets.

You can customize the Header text, Description text, Button text, and Placeholder text that will appear on the Password protect window. The image on the right previews how the window would look with the custom text.

The look and feel of the screen can be edited as well using the formatting toolbar.

Gating Customization

The gating feature lets you capture the email ids of your leads and prospects before they view the content you share with them.

You can customise the gating window by adding a Header text, Description text, Button text, and Placeholder text. The image on the right previews how the window would look with the custom text.

NDA Customization

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal contract between two or more parties that outlines confidential or proprietary information that cannot be shared with others. In the context of Paperflite, an NDA can be shared with your audience as a way to protect your confidential information and ensure that it is not shared or distributed without your permission.

You can customize the Header text, Description text, Button text, and Placeholder text that will appear before the viewer opens the content. The image on the right previews how the window would look with the custom text.

The look and feel of the screen can be edited as well using the formatting toolbar.

Here’s how the NDA screen will look before the viewer enters the email and accepts the agreement.

Email Content Customization

Your recipient can forward or reshare an asset or a collection you shared with them via email. Within Paperflite, when you share a piece of content via email, there is a default body and subject that are included. This is done to provide context to the recipient of the email about the content that is being shared.

This feature lets you customize the default email content that the viewer will see. The viewers can ofcourse, edit the content of the email too.

Here’s how the email will look when the recipient is resharing the collection.
