Integrate with Marketo to sync events across contacts

Paperflite's seamless integration with Marketo empowers marketing teams with a dynamic content experience. With this integration, you can effortlessly sync content engagement between Paperflite and Marketo, ensuring a unified and efficient workflow.

Let’s take a look at how to add a new contact in Marketo and retrieve the required information to integrate with Paperflite.

Step 1: Sign into your Marketo account and head to the Admin tab. Click on Roles > New Role and configure the access API settings to your requirements.

Step 2: Invite a new user and enable permissions by heading to the Users tab > Invite New User

Step 3: Head over to Launchpoint and create a new service

Step 4: Click on View Details to get the Client ID and Client Secret to help integrate Marketo in Paperflite.

Step 5: Click on Munchkin to get the Munchkin Account ID.

Step 6: Sign in to your Paperflite account, head to Settings > Integrations > Marketo >, and click on Activate.

Step 7: Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Munchkin ID. Turn on ‘Sync Events’ and Save Changes.

Step 8: Create Custom Activities in Marketo to track information to meet your requirements. You can do this by heading to Admin > Database Management > Marketo Custom Activities

Step 9: Create Custom Fields for the newly created activity. Head to Admin > Database Management > Marketo Custom Activities > Fields tab > Click on New Field
