Okay, you've uploaded your content assets in Paperflite, but you aren't seeing their thumbnail loading automatically. Why is it so?
This usually happens when you've uploaded a URL and it does not have a preview because certain URLs are created in a manner that don’t allow their thumbnails to be picked up.
The other instance where this happens is when you've uploaded a
video and its preview is missing.
In such cases, what you can do is - notice the 3 dots on the top-right corner of the asset option and select the option to edit at the top of the asset's menu bar. Click on it and you'll notice that the option to change your thumbnail gets activated.
On the asset thumbnail, you can click on the pen icon to pull a picture from your local drive and upload it.
