How Do I Edit a Collection After Sending It To a Customer/ Customers?

Know how to edit a Collection in Paperflite after sending it to your target audience

You've sent your awesome content to your prospect/customers and you realize now that you want to edit it. How do you do it?

Don't worry, it is not difficult at all. Here's how you do it.

This below two cases is for when the collection is NOT LIVE.

What happens when you send it to multiple customers and want to perform changes to that collection?

Log in to Paperflite and observe how your conversations load up on the home page. Click on a conversation and notice the button called 'Edit Collection.'

Click on it and you will notice how you can change the text in the Collection, the name of the Collection, etc. You could even add a new asset or remove or upload a new background image for your collection. The changes would reflect to all the recipients of the collection that you are making the changes to.


​What happens when you have sent it to just 1 customer and want to perform edits to that collection?

You can still see a edit collection button that will enable you to perform the necessary changes.

P.s You can notify your end recipients of the change too under both these circumstances.

Now, when you have shared a collection that is live to a customer or multiple customers you will see a 'live collection' button under the conversations. Go to the respective conversation that you want to make collection level changes to and click on View live collection and make the necessary changes and hit on Save.
