Getting started with MS Dynamics and Paperflite Native App

This guide walks users through how they can get started with using Paperflite from right within MS Dynamics.

With the native app within Dynamics users can:

• Access Paperflite on MS Dynamics
• Share Paperflite content right within Dynamics
• Track Engagement Activity for Contacts on Dynamics

Step 1: Install the Paperflite application within Dynamics

Head to https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/ and search for Paperflite for the MS Dynamics app.

Click on Get it Now once you land on the application page.

Note: Please make sure that you’re logged into your Dynamics 365 instance beforehand as it will directly get redirected to the login screen.

Step 2: Log in to your Paperflite account within Dynamics

Once you’re logged into your Dynamics account, navigate to Sales Hub, and you’ll now see the Paperflite ribbon on the left side.

Over here, you can log in to your Paperflite account using your Paperflite credentials.

Once that is completed, you will be able to see a complete instance of Paperflite with its full capabilities for you to get started with.

Step 3: Accessing conversation activity within Dynamics

To see all your conversations and deal insights with respect to Content Consumption with your contacts, head to the Contacts tab, where you can see all your contacts. Click on the contact for whom you want to view the conversation activity and deal insights.

Over here, you’ll be able to see all the interactions you’ve had with your contact, and all the files you’ve shared with this contact. You will also be able to see how your contacts have consumed the content you have shared with them.

Note: To be able to see the conversation activity, you will need to create a contact on Dynamics (for eg: mugesh@paperflite)

Step 4: Viewing Analytics in Dynamics

You will be able to get all the content performance and engagement analytics from Paperflite right within Dynamics, right from leads, to asset shares, asset views, total viewers of your content.

To do so, head to the Dashboard button on the left and from the dropdown, select the Paperflite dashboard.

To pass more events, like sync deals, create leads, etc., to your MS Dynamics from Paperflite, here's how you can do it.

If you have any queries, please reach out to support@paperflite.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
