Your recipient can forward or reshare an asset or a collection you shared with them via email. Within Paperflite, when you share a piece of content via email, there is a default body and subject that are included. This is done to provide context to the recipient of the email about the content that is being shared.
Of course, the default email body and subject can be customized to better suit your specific needs. You can add additional information or context as needed, or modify the default text to better align with your brand or messaging.
Here’s how you can customize your default text.
Login to your Paperflite account and head to Settings. Within settings, navigate to the Viewer settings present under Account.
Scroll down to the ‘Email Content Customization’ section and make the required edits.
Don’t forget to click on Save changes once you are done.
Here’s how your email will look when the viewer of the collection forwards it.
Upon clicking on the 'Share collection' button, a pop-up window will appear with the default email template for you to add the email address and share the collection.
Once the viewer sends the email, it will get recorded under Conversations > Recipients.
